Shipping methods in Italy

Eclissi Nail System ships 90% of orders in 24/48 hours (post Order) quickly and safely using Express Courier and efficient Customer Service. Orders are confirmed by e-mail on the same working day or after, if they are successful in payment by credit card, PayPal. Orders are shipped, with prior confirmation via e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp (where available and indicated by the customer), on the same working day or following the confirmation of the order.

For orders over € 36 shipping is FREE, the offer is valid only for Italy.

In Italy, the costs amount to € 4.50 and are indicated in the shopping cart when completing the order. makes deliveries in the Italian territory and in the Republic of San Marino.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or information must be
immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, adding the words "RESERVE OF
CONTROL" written on the courier's document and confirmed. In the specific case of a damaged
package, write "Withdrawal with reserve because the package is damaged". Immediately notify
the Eclissi Nail System Customer Service, via chat or email of
the mismatch of the packages or products or of visible damage to the packages (if possible
send photos). Once signed the courier's document, the Customer will not be able to make any
objection about the characteristics of what has been delivered.

The goods must be checked upon receipt.

Any damage or anomalies must be reported immediately to the Eclissi Nail System Customer
Service. Any report beyond the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration. For
each declaration, the Customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared. In case of noncollection by the customer of the order, the goods will be held in storage at the warehouses of
the express courier for a maximum time. 5 days. After 5 days, the goods will be returned to our
warehouses with consequent charge to the Customer of the storage costs.

Payment by cash on delivery.

It is possible to pay cash on delivery for orders of less than € 200.
Payment must be made to the Courier at the same time as the delivery, please note that the
Courier accepts cash only.
The cost of the cash on delivery service is € 2.

The products purchased by the CUSTOMER will be delivered in 48 hours in European economic centers (Germany, France, Austria, Spain, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg) and delivered in 72/96 hours in the most distant European countries.
